Terms of service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of rogueperformanceusa.com and your purchase of products from Rogue Performance ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read Sections 4 through 8 carefully — they cover fitment, intended use, and the limits of our liability.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are additively manufactured (3D printed) from engineering polymers and finished by hand. Because parts are made individually, minor cosmetic variation between units — surface texture, finish, slight color variation — is normal and is not a defect.

Product imagery includes CAD renderings and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) visualizations. These are design and illustration tools. They depict simulated conditions, not measured results from your motorcycle. We work to keep descriptions and specifications accurate, but we don't warrant that all product information is error-free.

4. Fitment is your responsibility

Each product page lists the motorcycle models and model-year ranges the part is designed for. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your specific motorcycle before ordering, including any modifications previously made to your intake, airbox, or fuel system.

Model years, OEM part revisions, and regional variants differ. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering — we'd much rather answer a question than process a return.

5. Intended use and legal compliance

Our intake components are sold for closed-course, competition, and off-road use. Modifying a motorcycle's intake system may affect its compliance with federal, state, or local emissions regulations, including US EPA and California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements, and may affect the legality of operating that motorcycle on public roads.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a part is legal to install and use on your motorcycle in your jurisdiction, and for any consequences of installing it. We make no representation that any product is street-legal or emissions-compliant anywhere.

Installing aftermarket parts may void some or all of your motorcycle manufacturer's warranty. Check with your manufacturer or dealer before installing.

6. No performance guarantees

We design with CFD and simulated flow-bench analysis, and we describe what our parts are designed to do. We do not guarantee any specific horsepower, torque, throttle response, fuel economy, or lap-time result. Real-world outcomes depend on your engine's condition, state of tune, fueling, exhaust, ambient conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

Any figures we publish describe simulation or testing under stated conditions and should not be read as a promise of what your motorcycle will do.

7. Installation

We recommend installation by a qualified motorcycle technician. Improper installation can cause component failure, engine damage, or loss of vehicle control.

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from installation, improper installation, or use of our products, including damage to your motorcycle or any other property.

8. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. Modifying a motorcycle can change how it behaves. By purchasing and installing our products, you accept those risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, property damage, personal injury, or damage to your motorcycle.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, geometry, CAD models, renderings, CFD visualizations, photography, text, and the Rogue Performance name and marks — is our property and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, reverse-engineer, scan, or create derivative works from our products or content without our written permission.

11. Your account and information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and, if you create an account, for keeping your credentials secure. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
